Twice-weekly in-person workouts, meeting at our Columbus Circle store at 10 Columbus Circle, Second Floor, will be hosted every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM and every Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. You'll receive an entire 10-week schedule of workouts and will be held accountable by our coaches as well as all your fellow peers within the program.
